Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Parvaly LLC handles refunds and cancellations for our digital marketing consulting services.
1) Cancellation of monthly services
All monthly consulting services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your service at any time by sending written notice (email) to support@parvaly.com before the next billing period begins.
Upon cancellation, your service will continue through the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
2) Refunds for monthly services
Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once the period has started, as work is performed on an ongoing basis throughout the month.
If you cancel before we have started work on the current billing period, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
3) Refunds for one-time services
One-time services (such as video audits or website projects) are non-refundable once delivery has begun or the deliverable has been provided.
If you paid for a one-time service and we have not yet started work, you may request a full refund.
4) Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available if:
- The deliverable (audit report, video, etc.) has been delivered
- Work has already started (analysis completed, optimization begun, content created)
- Delays were caused by missing access, missing information, or lack of response from the client
5) Payment processing
All payments are processed through Stripe (credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers). Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
6) How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@parvaly.com including:
- Your name and business name
- The service you purchased
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
7) Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@parvaly.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
