2) Services description

We provide consulting and management services related to:

• Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization
• Local SEO (search engine optimization)
• Google Ads campaign setup and management
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaign setup and management
• Social media content management
• Website consulting and support

The specific scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are confirmed separately in writing (e.g., via email).

3) Payment terms

We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and ACH bank transfers. Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.

We do not accept cash payments. We do not handle client funds for any purpose other than payment for our consulting services.

4) Ad spend and third-party costs

When we manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads, clients are responsible for paying the advertising platforms directly from their own accounts. We do not collect, hold, or process client advertising budgets. Our fees cover consulting and campaign management services only.

5) No guarantees of rankings or results

We do not guarantee any specific search ranking position, visibility level, number of leads, calls, or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, market demand, advertising platform policies, and client business operations.

We commit to professional, consistent work and transparent reporting of activities and results.

6) Website use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to send spam or abusive messages, attempt to disrupt or damage the website, or provide false information intentionally.

7) Client responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms when required by the scope of work
• Respond in a timely manner to requests that may block progress
• Pay invoices according to the agreed terms

8) No affiliation with Google or Meta

Parvaly LLC is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google, Meta, or any other platform. Google, Google Maps, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.

9) Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, structure, templates, materials) is owned by Parvaly LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Work product created for clients during an engagement (e.g., ad copy, content, reports) belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parvaly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

If liability is established, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

11) Cancellation

Monthly services may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice (email) before the next billing period begins. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
