This Privacy Policy explains how Parvaly LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit parvaly.com or use our local SEO and AI visibility services.

Parvaly LLC is a Wyoming-registered limited liability company providing local search and AI visibility services to businesses in the United States. All services are delivered remotely.

  • Business details you share: company name, website URL, city, industry, Google Business Profile link
  • Your message or service request details

When you request a free AI visibility check, we use the business details you submit to run prompts about your industry and city through publicly available AI assistants and search engines. We do not send your personal contact details to those services.

We also collect basic technical information automatically:

  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages visited and time spent on our website
  • Approximate location derived from IP address (e.g., country or city)
  • The IP address of form submissions, used for rate limiting and spam prevention

3) How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and service requests
  • Produce and deliver the free AI visibility check you requested
  • Provide and deliver our services
  • Process payments through our payment processor (Stripe)
  • Communicate with you about your account or services
  • Improve our website and services
  • Protect our website from spam and misuse

4) Payment processing

We use Stripe as our payment processor for credit/debit card and ACH payments. When you make a payment, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or bank account details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

5) Cookies and analytics

6) Client account access

When you engage us for services, you may grant us access to platforms you own: Google Business Profile, your website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, review platforms. We use that access only to perform the agreed work, we do not share credentials with third parties, and access is removed at your request or when the engagement ends.

7) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Our website hosting provider
  • Email and CRM providers used to manage client communication
  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics)

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

8) Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Form submissions that do not become client engagements are deleted within 24 months.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither) and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing certain requests, and we respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Parvaly LLC is a US company serving US clients. Our team works remotely, and your data may be processed in the United States and in countries where our service providers operate.

11) Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
