Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Parvaly LLC handles cancellations and refunds. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
1) Cancellation of monthly plans
The Google Business Profile plan has no minimum term. You may cancel it at any point by sending written notice (email) to support@parvaly.com before the next billing period begins.
The Local SEO, GEO (AI Visibility) and All-in-One plans have an initial term of three (3) billing months, stated in section 4 of our Terms of Service. During the initial term the plan runs to the end of the third billing month. After the initial term the plan continues month to month with no further commitment, and you may cancel at any point by sending written notice (email) to support@parvaly.com before the next billing period begins.
Upon cancellation, service continues through the end of the current paid period and no further charges are made. We hand over everything produced during the engagement, including reports, content and tracking configuration, and we do not hold your accounts or profiles hostage.
2) Refunds for monthly plans
Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has started, because work is performed continuously throughout the month.
If you cancel before we have started work on a newly started billing period, a full refund of that period may be issued at our discretion.
3) The operational guarantee
If we do not complete the scope of work agreed for a given month, that month is free, credited back to you or applied to the following month, your choice. This is a guarantee on our work, not on rankings, traffic, leads, or appearances in AI answers, which no agency can honestly guarantee.
The guarantee does not apply where work was blocked by missing access, missing information, or a lack of client response.
4) Audits and other one-time services
One-time services (the SEO & AI Visibility Audit, website builds, analytics and conversion tracking setup) are non-refundable once work has begun or the deliverable has been provided.
If you have paid and we have not yet started, you may request a full refund.
If you purchase the $400 SEO & AI Visibility Audit and start any monthly plan within 14 days of delivery, the $400 is credited toward your first month. The credit is applied to the plan; it is not paid out as cash and is not refundable on its own.
5) Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available if:
- The deliverable (audit document, report, content, website) has been delivered
- Work has already started: analysis completed, optimization begun, content created, listings submitted
- Delays were caused by missing access, missing information, or a lack of response from the client
6) Payment processing
All payments are processed through Stripe (credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers). Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
7) How to request a refund
Send an email to support@parvaly.com including:
- Your name and business name
- The service you purchased
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
We review the request and respond within 5 business days.
8) Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@parvaly.com. We will do our best to resolve it promptly, and we would always rather fix the problem than argue about an invoice.
