Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of parvaly.com and your engagement with Parvaly LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) for local SEO and AI visibility services. By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Parvaly LLC

Parvaly LLC is a Wyoming-registered limited liability company providing local search and AI visibility services to small and mid-sized businesses. All services are delivered remotely to clients in the United States.

2) Services description

We provide services related to:

  • Local SEO (search engine optimization) for websites and local search results
  • Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and ongoing management
  • AI visibility work (also called GEO, or generative engine optimization): making a business findable and citable in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and similar assistants
  • Content produced for search rankings and AI extraction
  • Citation and directory listing management
  • Review management: monitoring, responses, and review generation strategy
  • Website design, build and conversion work
  • Analytics and conversion tracking setup

The specific scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are confirmed separately in writing (e.g., via email or an order form) before work begins.

3) Payment terms

We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and ACH bank transfers. Monthly plans are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period. One-time services (audits, website builds, tracking setup) are billed before delivery begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We do not accept cash payments. We do not hold or manage client funds for any purpose other than payment for our own services.

4) Term of monthly plans

The Google Business Profile plan runs month to month from the first billing month. There is no minimum term, and either party may end it with written notice (email) before the next billing period begins.

The Local SEO, GEO (AI Visibility) and All-in-One plans have an initial term of three (3) billing months. This is because search and AI visibility work does not produce measurable movement in four weeks, and a shorter commitment would not allow us to do the job properly. After the initial three-month term, these plans continue month to month and either party may end them with written notice (email) before the next billing period begins.

The Local SEO and GEO (AI Visibility) plans are provided together with the Google Business Profile plan, or as part of the All-in-One plan, which includes it.

One-time services are not subject to any minimum term.

Founding rate

The first five (5) clients who sign up for any of the monthly plans published on our pricing page in 2026 receive a founding rate: the monthly price in effect on the day they sign up stays fixed for as long as the plan runs without interruption. In return, the client agrees that we may publish the results of the engagement as a case study, naming the business. The founding rate covers the scope of work of the plan as published on the day of sign-up. Added services, added locations or a change to a different plan are priced at the rates current at the time of the change. If the plan is cancelled and later restarted, current rates apply.

5) Our operational guarantee

We guarantee our work, not the algorithms. If we do not complete the scope of work agreed for a given month, that month is free.

6) No guarantees of rankings or results

We do not guarantee any specific search ranking position, map pack position, appearance or mention in an AI assistant’s answer, number of leads, calls, or revenue. Search and AI outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and model provider algorithms, competition, market demand, platform policies, and client business operations.

We commit to professional, consistent work, baseline measurement before we start, and transparent reporting of activities and results.

7) Website use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to send spam or abusive messages, attempt to disrupt or damage the website, or intentionally provide false information.

8) Client responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms when required by the scope of work (for example Google Business Profile, website admin, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests that may block progress
  • Publish or approve deliverables within a reasonable time
  • Pay invoices according to the agreed terms

Where access, information, or approval is not provided, work that depends on it is paused, and the operational guarantee in section 5 does not apply to that work.

9) No affiliation with Google, OpenAI or other platforms

Parvaly LLC is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, Microsoft, Meta, or any other platform. Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing and Copilot are trademarks of their respective owners.

10) Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, structure, templates, materials) is owned by Parvaly LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Work product created for clients during an engagement (audit documents, content, schema markup, reports) belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our internal methods, templates, checklists and tooling remain ours.

11) Confidentiality

We treat client business information, account access and performance data as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. We may reference a client’s results publicly only with written permission.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parvaly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

If liability is established, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Changes apply to engagements starting after the update; a change that affects an active engagement is communicated in writing.
